Shipping & Delivery
We know you're keen to get your new gear so we offer Express International Shipping on all of our orders. All order tracking information will be emailed to the nominated email address.
SHIPPING
All items are express shipped $10 USD flat rate international shipping. You will be contacted via our chosen delivery service for delivery requests. DHL allows 5-10 business days for shipping, however there may be delays outside of our control.
We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $100 USD.
International Taxes & Custom Charges
Unfortunately, International taxes and custom charges are out of our control and you may be required to pay sales tax and or duty/Customs charges depending on your location. If you have concerns regarding applicable customs charges to your country or state, we advise you to contact your local customs office to find out what fees may be relevant to you. Taxes and customs charges are not the responsibility of Ringers Western and are not included in the total of the order or shipping cost and are not responsible for any additional taxes or charges that may occur during the journey of your order.

Order Tracking
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order using the tracking number provided. If the tracking link is not available you can paste your tracking number into the search bar in the Australia Post tracking page by following the link below.

CUSTOMS FEES & TAXES
If you are ordering outside of Australia, your order may be subject to customs fees/taxes based on the retail value of the package. These fees are not determined by Ringers Western and are beyond our control. Taxes and customs charges are not the responsibility of Ringers Western and are not included in the total of the order or shipping cost and are not responsible for any additional taxes or charges that may occur during the journey of your order.
If you have questions as to why you are billed certain import fees/taxes, or would like a more detailed outline of what to expect when your package arrives in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office or the courier that directly billed you.
If you refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may be abandoned and Ringers Western will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. If your order is returned to sender, you will be liable to cover the return to sender fees and re-shipping fees.
