Watch Warranty and Instructions
This watch is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and or workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. To obtain service under warranty the watch should be returned directly to the manufacturer along with your proof of purchase. Any cost incurred by you in returning the product to the manufacturer will be borne by you. We will, at our option, either repair or replace the product or refund your money and take back the product.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits conferred by the manufacturer’s warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Commonwealth), and any other statutory rights to which you may already be entitled, and this warranty does not exclude, restrict or modify any such rights or remedies that are implied by law.
Your Ringers Western watch is under warranty for a period of 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty.
